Founded in 1997, MHM is a joint venture organisation with MHS and Bay Union the two major shareholders. First and foremost a Wellness company, MHM provides risk management services and tools to the Healthcare and Corporate sectors nationally.

In the healthcare setting, the product offering is seamlessly incorporated into the MHS suite of services, and integrates completely with these at all levels.
